Our Process

  • Equipment and material intake with condition documentation
  • Abrasive blast to SSPC standards — SP-5, SP-6, or SP-10 as specified
  • Surface cleanliness verification and environmental monitoring prior to coating
  • Application per project specification — CARC, MIL-spec, or engineer-specified systems
  • WFT and DFT inspection at every coat
  • Full documentation package including surface prep records, product data sheets, batch numbers, and inspection reports
  • Delivery or return coordination to your facility or project site

Service Area

Our facility is located at 4 Industrial Drive, Pittsfield, MA. We receive equipment and materials from federal, state, and defense clients. Pickup, delivery, and logistics coordination available. Work is performed entirely in our controlled indoor facility.
