Most contractors are coordinating between a metal fabricator and a separate coating shop. We eliminate that. East Coast Refinishing fabricates your custom metalwork and handles all surface preparation and finishing in our controlled indoor facility.
That means fewer handoffs, tighter scheduling, and a finished product from start to finish. We work directly with contractors and project managers on high-end residential, commercial, and institutional projects across the region.

Fabrication to Finish
We manage the complete scope in our Pittsfield, MA shop:
- Field verification and measurement when required
- Shop fabrication for controlled fit and finish
- Precision layout, alignment, and welding
- AWS D1.1-certified structural steel welding where applicable
- MIG, TIG, and stick welding, clean welds suitable for exposed architectural applications
- In-house abrasive blasting and surface preparation
- Protective coatings including powder coat, paint systems, and specialty finishes
- Fit verification prior to delivery
- Field installation and site coordination
