Industrial Fabrication
our fabrication process
Fabrication begins with a thorough review of contract documents, drawings, and specifications. Coordination is conducted with engineering, project management, and construction teams to confirm scope, sequencing, tolerances, and project requirements prior to material release.
Project Review & Coordination
Materials are sourced from approved suppliers, verified for grade and compliance, and prepared through cutting, forming, and layout in accordance with approved fabrication plans and shop practices.
Material Control & Preparation
Components are assembled and welded using controlled shop procedures. Fit-up, alignment, and workmanship are monitored throughout fabrication to ensure conformance with project requirements and downstream installation considerations.
Fit-Up & Welding
Fabricated assemblies are inspected for dimensional accuracy, weld quality, and overall conformance prior to release for finishing, coating, or the next phase of the project.
